This micro-lot coffee is from the Huila region of Colombia. Specifically, these beans come from the community of Las Mercedes, where a group of small coffee farmers pools their beans for export. Grown at over 5,000 feet elevation, this premium Colombian coffee has a unique flavor profile that includes sweet notes of milk chocolate and apple.
